Physical Health Eat Well Yes, you should actually eat fats in your diet, even (maybe especially) if you are trying to lose weight. The key is to include the healthiest kinds of fats. Be Active Workout smarter not harder to get better results. Let's move! This is a good use of 30 minutes: you'll do your cardio, tone your arms, legs and core, and then you'll be done! You'll need a band for the arms, legs and a couple of the core moves. Spiritual Health Yes you can make a positive difference with very small changes. Mental & Emotional Health I know, I know, normally I am telling you to put the darn phone down already. Smartphones do have some useful ways to benefit your mental health, though. Social Health How hard could it possibly be to maintain friendships as an adult? Harder than you'd think, but let's get better at it. Posts from Let's move away from focusing on weight for our kids, and instead, focus on healthy living habits. Sort of in line with the teach-a-man-to-fish philosophy, rather than shaming them about weight-related habits, if you teach a child how to embrace 'healthy' they will have the tools to do just that.
