Interested in hiring a Parent or Wellness coach?
Services offered: I offer individual coaching sessions and also in a group format. Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length and include a follow-up summary after each sessions. One parent may take advantage of coaching sessions or couples may participate together. I am available for emailing in between sessions. For group settings, please contact me for more information.

Rates: I offer a premium service and charge accordingly. The precise amount varies based on the services I provide. This is something we will review in detail during our initial session. 10 Sessions are recommended. There is a 4 session minimum.
