This timer is called 2-minute blocks because you’ll do just: 2-minute blocks built of 4-back-to-back 30 seconds exercises. You’ll repeat each block before moving on to the next block. Start your music! Spiritual Health Positively being positive can be positive. But what if you get out of the habit? Mental & Emotional Health We have the choice, don’t we, to have a positive outlook.

Social Health Why is it the people we love the most are the ones that can push our buttons most effectively? When those moments of ... disconnect happen, it's probably not when you are being your most effective communicator. So what can we do about that?
