Turns out, they aren’t just full of nutrients, but they also help boost muscle function. Popeye was clearly on to something! Be Active I know it can feel like you're trying to move a mountain when you are trying to start an exercise regimen. 120 minutes a week? Are you crazy?! But know this: some is better than none. So start with 'some' and go from there! Let's move! Here you have eight groups of exercises, wherein you'll 'build' a compound movement in each group. Do exercise A, then B, and then put them together to make exercise C. The last push will be a group of all of the C exercises. You can do this! Start your music!
