Eat Well

Some of the most urgent of cravings might actually your body trying to tell you something, that it NEEDS a particular nutrient.  Rather than just cave and give in, give your body what it needs in a smarter way.

Be Active

An interesting look at a newish trend in fitness, with home equipment that is connected to a Netflix-like library.  You get on-demand classes but in the convenience of your own home.  I don't know, is this motivating?  I'm not sure I would enjoy a run on a treadmill regardless of if it were connected to a class.  It's still on a treadmill... nonetheless, making fitness as convenient as possible helps keep more people moving.  So that's a win, I think.

Do as quickly as possible, but good form is more important than speed. The first round is the basic move; each subsequent round is a little bit more challenging.  Start your music!

Mental & Emotional Health

I know, you're thinking this is an 'eat well' thing, but really, your relationship with food, your relationship with the act of eating, and being mindful about both is really important if you want to be able to eat well.
