Physical Health Eat Well The long-touted Mediterranean diet is not just about pasta and red sauce. The benefits of the diet can be translated to what foods you prefer. You can include the foods you love, plus the healthy fats and proteins and reap the benefits of the diet. This is a timer that is broken up into 30 seconds cardio, 60 seconds strengths (which will use bands or medium weights and include 2 moves per 60 second section) and 90 second counting up AMRAP (do 1 of each move, then 2 of each, then 3.... until you hit the end of the timer).
