Physical Health Eat Well I’m not a huge fan of ‘fake meats’ and would always choose, say, a black bean burger over an Impossible burger; but I do know others out there like these more-like-meat options. An interesting article on food components, analyzing food, and lawsuits. Be Active You do it all: HIIT, running, swimming, biking ... but do you do the one exercise everyone should have in their rotation? Let's move! There are three groups of exercises, each group has two exercises. You'll do every move for 30 seconds, and as you repeat the groups, the rest period will get shorter until the two moves are back-to-back. After we've gone through all three, you'll repeat all 6 moves, back to back twice. It's a nice burnout, I promise! You can do it! Start your music! Spiritual Health Anxiety is a mean and ugly bully. It can also become a habit. Definitely one you want to break! Mental & Emotional Health Not every decision is ‘yes-no’, even some that appear to be that way. In fact, depending on how you view the decision can indicate your emotional successes.
