Yeah I know, it is easy to reach for that (insert sweet/crunchy/salty) yummy here.  But it won’t actually make your stress go away.

You get an extra post today! Today is National Good Neighbor Day! Let's all channel our inner Mr Rogers, and do some good neighboring!

New recipe: maybe you've used up your stash of zucchini, maybe you still have some lingering in the back of your fridge. This is one of the best ways to enjoy them.   https://www.heprecipe.com/post/melting-zucchini

New post: 2 podcasts for you, talking about the differences and similarities of college kids coming from overseas versus coming from U.S. high schools.  I'd love to hear some of your observations as well!

Let's move!

This timer is just a little bit fancy.  Fancy?  Nothing here is new, but it's a great way to get a sweat on!

Micro-habits that take mere minutes that can help super-age your brain.

Social Health

Many of us are touch-starved. Even in romantic relationships, we can feel undernourished. We may be busy, on our phones, or just anxious and overwhelmed. Touch doesn’t have to be sexual — it can be as simple as holding hands, crossing your legs over someone else’s legs, or sharing a long hug with a friend in the middle of the day. The feeling of a counterweight of somebody else's body against yours is so powerful and brings us back into our bodies. In a world that continues to disconnect us, prioritizing touch feels like an act of resistance. If you’re feeling lonely today, ask for a hug, ask to hold a hand. We all deserve this.

Be your best, friends
