Friends,
First, I want you all to know how much you mean to me, and how much I appreciate you and your welcoming me into your Inbox every week, sharing thoughts and links and what-have-you. I so appreciate this path we're exploring together.
I love spending time putting these newsletters together, sharing info, sending it out with the hope that something inside it inspires you. Maybe not towards action, but towards a conversation or contemplation or the beginnings of an idea. I love that. Thank you for letting me take this path with you.

Listen, the dialogue is important. What I share, what you read, what you find online and investigate further ... all of this builds your wellness knowledge. It makes you and your people that much better off. Maybe what you read isn't factual, or maybe it pushing some sort of agenda, maybe it is written for the profit in someone's pocket instead of to share information ... the point is to learn and dig and ask questions. To talk. To learn. Wellness isn't stagnate. Wellness doesn't sit in the corner waiting patiently for you to come find it. Wellness is ever-evolving; what we know about the human body and how it works and what makes it work better or worse ... it could all fit on that proverbial pin head. We have a lot to learn. Every little step we take is a step in the right direction.
I've realized the time is finite. That may sound trite and rather naive, but fact is, I thought I could do it all and add more balls to my pile without dropping any. And, to be fair, I haven't dropped any but I do feel the wear. And, full disclosure, I don't get a lot of feedback or response, and it can really feel like I'm putting a lot of energy into an abyss, and while I like to think all of you appreciate my emails, I also know and appreciate that you too are very busy. You too have finite time. You too have a lot of obligations and balls in the air.
So. Here's the thing: this week's newsletter, # 400, is the last newsletter I am going to send. But I'm not going to drop off the face of Earth and disappear.
My promise to you: I am going to keep posting regularly here on www.healthyexpatparent.com.
I am going to keep sharing recipes regularly on www.heprecipe.com

I hope I'll see you on one or another of these platforms. My sharing all of these links with you is not about getting followers; it's about continuing the dialogue, continuing to invest in your, in our, wellness and that of and your favorite people.
You are all a source of inspiration to me, willing to go a few extra steps to do more, be more, try a little harder. I know you will keep doing that, even without my regular emails.

Be your best, friends
And my very very best to you and yours,

I read the post about life and newsletters on Healthy Expat Parent, and it felt personal, with the author sharing how much they value writing and how newsletters bring thoughts, links, and inspirations into people’s inboxes each week. It was touching to see how much care goes into connecting with others. When I was stuck on a big assignment last year, I needed PhD research proposal editing help on a draft that was confusing so I could make my ideas clearer before turning it in. This made me think that thoughtful sharing and good support both help us grow and learn together.
