Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there. ~ Rumi

Happy Monday!  This week is Random Acts of Kindness week.  Consider this: we are connected in ways we cannot always see, but always feel.  What can you do this week to spread a little kindness?

New recipe: Adding tahini to your banana bread is an excellent way to make something good taste even better ... especially when you also make it chocolate-y!

I do love humanity and find myself looking for the good in others. I KNOW it is there. For the next 40 days, I will make sure I see it, and share it with you as part of the #40DaysofGoodShit Project.

Each day I will take one photo of something beautiful I notice in my day or write one sentence about a warm interaction with a stranger.

Then I’ll post it on Substack Notes, on Bluesky.

Why do this? To remind me to pay attention to all the good around me. In real life, and not online. Maybe inspire others to do the same. When we focus on good, we notice more of it. #40DaysofGoodShit
