Physical Health Eat Well Sugar. Is it a bad word? Is it a bad food? Let's clear up some myths about it. Be Active I've got it! The magic fix for your perfect activity! Let's move! 10 moves. Each move has its own group. You'll start in a basic version of the move, move to a slightly more challenging one, and then finish with the most challenging. At any point, you can go back one or two 'sizes' of the move. You can do this! Start your music! Spiritual Health How well do you actually know yourself? And, more importantly, have you ‘checked in’ to see if anything has changed recently? Mental & Emotional Health Happiness is genetic + three other components. So yes, part of it is what you are born with and part of it (the larger part) is what you do with it.

Social Health It's not just a matter of political point of view. It's not a matter of being right or wrong, or us versus them. It's about understanding what others are feeling and thinking and accepting that it, too, is not wrong, regardless of how it compares to your point of view. Posts from Happy Monday!
