Physical Health This is an over-arching physical health thing: your scale is lying to you. Please do not listen to it. I struggled where to put this link. Physical wellness, because, you know, sleep. But there are so many different kinds of rest your body needs. Are you getting enough? Eat Well Fruit is amazing: nutrient-packed, full of fiber, tastes great ... So why do some people not enough of it? Dried fruit may be the answer for that, but, as with all foods, the key is moderation and paying attention to serving sizes. Be Active Yes, it’s no secret: we are all getting older. That shouldn’t stop any of us, though, from exercising. It might change how and what we do to stay active. Let's move! Lucky you! You get two timers today! The first is called Pyramids. You'll go up and down three pyramids, doing different moves for each pyramid, at each time interval. The second timer is a gift: an abs pyramid. Start your music! Cardio pyramid Abs pyramid: Spiritual Health Do you need a proverbial kick in the butt? Sometimes all of us need something to provide that spark. Mental & Emotional Health Mental strength is not the same thing as mental health. Social Health Let's face it: sometimes, we have to deal with annoying people.
