Happy Monday! Even if you’re not into dinosaurs, I bet you’ll find this Ancient Globe interesting. You can enter your town - any town - and find what it was like during the age of the dinosaurs. Then, if you’re curious, you can see a description of the dinosaurs that live in that area. AND you can go to any time between now and 750 million years ago. Very very cool.
New recipe: Okay, so perhaps a little stinky to cook, cabbage is a GREAT dinner: full of phytonutrients so good for you, packed with fiber, and super tasty ... a great option for meatless nights, too. These cabbage pancakes are quite popular with the kid crowd, too, because, hello, pancakes.
