80/20 is safe, sane, and realistic. And, even better, very doable and maintainable.
In the end, it is what you do OVER ALL that counts. Missing a day, or lacking motivation for a workout ... it's okay. Keep your motivation up even if you've missed a day.
So maybe we SHOULDN'T go back to gyms. Working out at home is a darn good option, especially with these sites offering classes (some free, some subscription).
