Physical Health Eat Well Try as they might, nutrition experts can't quite jimmie the guidelines to meet every demand. The newest nutrition guidelines are much more comprehensive, yet still have a few holes. Working on perfection next time! Be Active Feeling the effects of exercise can feel really rewarding ... except when it literally hurts to walk. What is that muscle soreness and is it normal? Let's move! 40 second intervals and you can add some movement to your rests, too. 10 minute blocks will repeat 3 times. Spiritual Health How do we move from a space we consider safe to creating our own? Mental & Emotional Health Your memory is probably not as poor as you think, but there are always ways to improve your skills of recall.
