As if you need more reasons to keep your body in motion, here's another: without movement, your muscles and your bones become more frail.  If you continue to move, you will be able to maintain the motion.  It's as easy and as complicated as that. Sometimes you read a post and it just clicks. I love this post because what it comes down to, what this girl learns is that there is always something to change. It is better to love what you have, who you are, and be confident in YOU. Weight loss is helpful for wellness, sure, but it does not (or should not) define who you are. Mental & Emotional Health

Are we really all the different?  Are we really all the same?  What would it be like if we all tried to find the good in others?  I bet it would be a pretty awesome world.  

The best way to make new friends in a new place - be it a new city or a new country or both - is to say 'yes' to everything. What do you think: could you do a 24-hour break from your phone? Wow, nothing like expressions like 'permanently impair' to make a parent think twice about their actions... As we get ready to send our kiddos back to the Petri dish otherwise known as school, it’s good to be reminded of good suggestions for boosting their immune systems.
