Sage advice, my friends. Figure out what you need to feel motivated to stay active. Is it joining a group? Is it cute workout gear? Is it avoiding those ridiculously wrong 'calorie counters' on the machines?

So this workout is going to get a good sweat on. This is a tabata + speed round. You have 4 sections, with the first three being whole body and the last one focusing on abs. Each section has 6 exercises. First you'll go through them 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. Then you'll go through the same exercises 30 seconds each, no rest. Get your music on!
