“Act as if the maxim of your action were to become, by your will, a universal law of nature.” ~ Immanuel Kant  Physical Health Eat Well

How much attention do you really pay to what you eat?  I mean REALLY pay attention.  Can you try it, just for a week?  I bet you'll learn a few things about your regular diet.   https://www.self.com/story/paid-attention-eating-habits-for-a-week Be Active

Do you yoga?  Perhaps, if you don't you might reconsider.  It's not just about being an athlete.  Yoga helps you really focus on breath, improve your flexibility and strengthen your core, all three qualities can greatly aid all fitness endeavors.  I really got into yoga as I was training for a triathlon and I know it contributed to my finishing the race.   https://www.outsideonline.com/2300156/yoga-can-make-you-better-athlete-heres-how Let's move!

Jumping ladders + plank challenge 5-10-15-10-5 We have four different exercises that we go through using this structure of reps. In between each group of reps, we stoke up the cardio burn by adding in a 50-second interval of jumping rope. So round 1 = 5 reps squats, 5 push-ups, 5 bridges, 5 toe touch crunches, then you do your jump rope.  Round 2 is the same with 10 reps, etc.   You don't actually need a jump rope; just move your arms as though you do have one, and jump your feet.  If you do have one, all the better! Exercises in this workout: • Squats • Push Ups • Bridges • Toe Touch Crunches   http://www.intervaltimer.com/timers/8056965 Spiritual Health Self-care does not mean buying yourself a new shirt or a mani/pedi.  Self-care is about refueling your energy. What works for you is as unique as you are.
