Turns out, there is a topic out there we don't touch very often because it can make people uncomfortable. Here's the thing: more than 50% of the world's population is guaranteed to experience it at one point or another. So ... let's talk menopause.
As part of the Big Purple Blob, I've contributed to two different podcasts focusing in Menopause with two different menopause coaches. There are a number of things that you can do for yourself to relieve symptoms, provide self-care and this is definitely a situation where the more you know ahead of time, the better equipped you'll be to be a strong advocate for yourself.
