You've got this fitness thing down. You’ve been on this health kick, doing your cardio almost every day, and you’ve lost some weight. You’ve been focusing on eating right (yay!!), doing various cardio and things have been going pretty well. You’re feeling great, have lots of energy and your clothes are fitting really well.
