Last week, we learned of newly released guidance for nutrition. Our previous Food guide pyramid has been stood on its head. It can be a little confusing, this new guidance perhaps not inline with what we were told before. Linked below is a great run through of the changes.
My 2 cents: eat more real food, and less processed food and sugar. Eat more plants. Enjoy what you eat.
