Thoughts about designing (“designing”) an ideal life:

From Alice in Wonderland

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?”

“That depends a good deal on where you want to get to,” said the Cat.

“I don’t much care where—” said Alice.

“Then it doesn’t matter which way you go,” said the Cat.

A truth:

If you aren’t clear on where you want to go, any road will take you there.

In an attempt to design an ideal life, ask yourself this: What do you actually want your life to look like?

  • Where do you live? What does the space feel like?

  • Whom do you live with? Who are you close to?

  • What are you doing on an average Tuesday?

  • What are you working on?

  • What possessions bring you joy?

  • What does your financial life look like?

Big questions worth considering.
