Mental & Emotional Health
We spend a lot of mental energy on worrying. Can't help it; we are human. But sometimes that spending moves into 'wasting' levels. Reframe those worrying thoughts into something more effective and useful.
Social health includes being there, being present in the good times and the bad. Sometimes, it is just important to be there.
And another, since this is so on-point: of course, we are going to fight with our spouse/partner/co-parent/boyfriend/girlfriend. Though we may be social creatures, this is a L O T of time together. And during a particularly stressful time, too. How to be in a relationship, quarantine-style.
