This is a workout you can do with medium weights.  There is no timer; focus on form, not speed.  These are whole-body moves.
 

 
7 moves
 
Do 2 to 3 sets of the below 7 moves in the number prescribed to each.
 
1.  10 x each side Side lunge + curl and rear lunge plus shoulder press
 
2.  10 x each side Lunge + row and one-legged knee/leg + high pull
 
3.  10 x Sumo Squat – front raise at top and bottom
 
4.  10 x each side Lunge with pec fly
 
5.  10 x each arm Bridge + straight arm and one-armed press (hold one arm straight up, with each hip lift, drop the other arm to do a chest press; do 10 on each side)
 
6.  10 to each (L/M/R) Alternating Ab –kickouts L/M/R
 
7.  2 rounds of 10 each (or one round of 20) Leg raise + hip lift and full sit up + toe touch
