I did not write this but I find it so compelling, so encouraging, and so simply doable that I had to share. You do NOT need to make grand sweeping changes to better your life. Maybe the one thing you do today is drink one additional glass of water. And that one thing is good for you. "Good for you" is what we are going for, not being perfect.
