Did you notice this month was all about communication?  This year, I am trying for monthly ‘themes’.  My goal.  :)

Let’s talk about one of the most important forms of communication you experience: your inner voice.  This little voice is literally one of the lo...

As we continue our month-long dive into the different parts of wellness, what little things you can do for you, and for your family, this week I look at social wellness.

What is social wellness?  There is no one definitive cookie-cutter answer to what this should look l...

Okay, admit it.  You’ve had exactly ten minutes of Me Time this week, and that was because you were stuck in traffic and literally forced to stay in one place (as an aside, our traffic has been almost unbearable; talk about having a lot of unexpected-and-unplanned-for...

For the last few days, I’ve been having a little trouble with my motivation levels.  Partly because of a new and completely-out-of-my-milieu work experience, and partly because of school starting so having to be the gung-ho let’s-be-super-excited-about-the-school-year...

Meet your Coach

I am Susie Csorsz Brown and I am a Certified Parent Coach through PCI, specializing in families in transition. I am also a Wellness Coach.  I have a Health background, and I practice what I preach. I have three children, so I coach from experience. I am a Foreign Service spouse (since 2000), and have learned to deal with family issues from the stress of relocation, school issues, medical situations, pregnancy and divorce as well as family angst.

You should know, healthy eating is one of my passions.  The thing is: food can be good for you and taste good, too.  I want my kids to eat well, and to grow up knowing what smarter food options are out there.
