I saw this once somewhere in Internet land.  Since boys are home from school for a week-long break, this is completely useful right now!

I am not responsible for fixing everything for my kids. I am not responsible for their happiness. You're bored? Okay. That’s your cho...

Let's face it: your kid(s) has needs that you need to meet.  Some are needs (little n) and some are NEEDS; honestly, at times, it can be hard to distinguish between the two.  And, to make things even more complicated, thanks to commercialism, our whiny children, and th...

Life stuff

1.  Good toilet paper is a good, no, a necessary thing. There is no point at all ever that 1-ply toilet paper is appropriate.  Nor should toilet paper be colore...

Meet your Coach

I am Susie Csorsz Brown and I am a Certified Parent Coach through PCI, specializing in families in transition. I am also a Wellness Coach.  I have a Health background, and I practice what I preach. I have three children, so I coach from experience. I am a Foreign Service spouse (since 2000), and have learned to deal with family issues from the stress of relocation, school issues, medical situations, pregnancy and divorce as well as family angst.

You should know, healthy eating is one of my passions.  The thing is: food can be good for you and taste good, too.  I want my kids to eat well, and to grow up knowing what smarter food options are out there.
