This timer has two parts: first, you'll do 6 groups of exercises 3 times through. Each group has 2 moves. You'll do Move A 10 times, then Move B 10 times, then back to Move A 10 times ... until you finish the minute. Then you'll move on to the next group. You'll repeat the 6 groups 3 times. After that, you have a yoga toning burnout session. It'll be tough, but I know you can do this!
