Let's move!
This timer is called Rules of 4. You have three groups of exercises. The groups are focused on body areas, but you'll work everything, I promise! You'll go through each group in this pattern: first each exercise 4 times, 30 seconds each, 3 times through with 10 second break. Then you'll do the same exercises back-to-back 45 seconds per move. Then you'll move on to the next group. At the end, you'll do each of the exercises one more time, 30 seconds per move.
You can do it! Start your music!

New recipe: A very lemony chicken option, that goes great with pretty much any side you want to throw at it. Even the most picky of eaters will love this chicken, with its bright but not-too-strong flavor.
