Here's the thing about self care: it IS actually important, but no one is going to be able to tell you what you need, and it probably isn't going to be very costly. What you need is something you have to determine for yourself. And while a gong bubble bath might relax you, it is not a sustainable action you can do to maintain your well being. Self care isn't about expensive candles and copious amounts of alcohol or other habits that might make you feel better for the moment; it's about ensuring you tend to your own needs, build your wellness and then you can be your best self for the rest of life's demands.
