The worst appliance in your whole house is your scale.  The number it tells you in useless. 'Weight loss' is a meaningless term because muscle tissue and fat tissue may weigh the same but they take up space very differently; getting stronger doesn't always equal weighing less.  If you are only losing fat, sure the number will get smaller, but 'smaller' isn't necessarily the same thing as 'healthier.'
