“Dead last finish is greater than did not finish, which trumps did not start.”

Eat Well

Aha!  Diet trumps all when it comes to health.  And, if that is the case, sometimes you have to really focus on your decisions in the kitchen (and when eating out).

Be Active

Clearly, these studies are very preliminary, but good news!  Staying active while pregnant may help reduce the likelihood that your offspring are overweight later in life.  Studies have also shown that exercise during pregnancy also helps increase blood flow and specific hormones that may enhance the intelligence of your baby, too.  Win win!

Let's move!

Social Health

Awe and wonder are amazingly good for you, and help with a number of less-than-helpful social behaviors (e.g. narcissism, or inflated self-importance).  Awe helps one to realize that there are other people and other things that are capable of feats beyond our own abilities .... and that is a good thing.
